(A) Payment
- Terms are cash or account sales.
Unless otherwise indicated in writing, invoice
becomes past due the day after the terms stated on
the invoice and a FINANCE CHARGE will be due on the
balance at the rate of 1-1/2% per month which is an
ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 18% unless the prime rate
exceeds 18% per annum, at which time the prime rate
will be the finance charge. Customer agrees to pay
such attorney's fees and costs as are actually
incurred for the collection of this amount whether
or not suit is instituted.
(B) GENERAL RMA TERM AND CONDITIONS
- PED offers 30 days to 12 months
limited warranty for component & peripherals
purchases and 2-year limited warranty for systems
from the date stated on the original invoice. The
warranty will not apply to those products are
damaged due to misuse, abuse negligence or
modification by any party other than PED. This
warranty is non-transferable.
(C) DOA RETURN POLICY
- Products may be return within 30
days of invoice date for credit, and 60 days of
invoice date for advance replacement. Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all
returns. Our certified Technicians will test all DOA
returns. If they are found to be non-defective, we
will return them to customer.
(D) Credit Policy
All returns and credits are subject to
final approval, and upon meeting the following
criteria:
- RMA number must be obtained prior
to return
- Merchandise must be returned
within 30 days of original invoice, unless otherwise
noted.
- Restocking fees for non-defective
returns may be assessed. No cash refunds.
- A restocking fee will be assessed
on all special order items.
(E) Return Merchandise Policy
- All returns require prior
authorization and RMA number.
- All returns without authorization
numbers will be refused.
- RMA requests may be submitted
online, over the phone, or via fax.
- RMA forms must be filled out
completely; including invoice numbers, serial
numbers (where applicable), and customer
information.
- Once verified, RMA numbers will
be issued via fax, phone call, or email.
- Items must be returned in the
original box with all materials and documentation
unless otherwise specified.
- A copy of the invoice and problem
description should be included to facilitate
processing.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days
from the date of issue.
- Items for advance replacements
must be returned within 10 days.
- Call tags will only be issued in
the event of a mistake and at PED’s discretion. This
only applies to damaged systems within 30 days of
invoice date or mistakes made by PED.
PED Agreement of sale RMA
- This Agreement contains the terms
and conditions that apply to the purchase of
merchandize and services offered on system(s)
configured and sold by PED and describes your rights
and obligations.
- The use of this site is governed
by this agreement and by using this website you
indicate that you are in agreement with and intended
to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth
herein.
- PED will make every effort to be
accurate however, errors do occur.
- PED is not liable for inaccurate,
incomplete or unreliable information that may appear
on the website. Advertisement may contain errors and
omissions of product description, pictorial
representation, pricing and availability. These will
be corrected as soon as it comes to PED's notice
without compensation and prior notice.
- PED reserves the right to cancel
any order in event of an error or omission in the
description or pricing information or pictorial
representation, without compensation or
prior notice.
- This Agreement supersedes any
undertaking verbal, written or otherwise between
PED's representative and any customer or prospective
customer.
PAYMENT
- We accept Credit Card, Money
Order, Cashier's Check, and Cash.
- Orders paid for with Money Order
or Cashier's Checks are usually kept open for five
working days.
- We do not accept personal checks
- We do not accept international
credit cards.
- Credit card information must be
verifiable with the issuing bank.
- If the billing and shipping
address are different, the Credit/Debit card issuing
bank must be notified and asked to make a notation
on the account of the intended ship to address.
- Any delay in verifying your
information will result in delay in processing your
order.
- Shipping to the billing address
will reduce this type of delay.
SHIPPING
- Shipping charges whether initial
or subsequent are NOT REFUNDABLE.
- We do not ship to any P.O Boxes,
addresses outside of the continental United States,
Alaska, and Hawaii, or third party address.
- The shipping and billing address
must be the same. If not, the purchaser must inform
the credit/debit card issuing company instructing
that a notation be made of the different 'ship to'
address on the account prior to placing the order.
- PED will not be responsible or
liable for the loss of or damage to any package(s)
left at the Purchaser's premises by the carrier.
- The purchaser is responsible for
paying any freight charges incurred by refused
shipment(s), unclaimed goods and undeliverable
packages.
- PED will make every effort to
deliver on time. However, we shall not be held
liable or responsible for delay or lost shipments.
- Systems are usually shipped
within 2-5 business days.
- If component forming part of a
system configuration is out of stock, discontinued
or otherwise become unavailable, the purchaser will
be informed, in a timely manner, of any intended
substitution. A response to the notification is
required within forty eight hours failure to which
the order will be automatically cancelled.
CONTACT INFORMATION
- The Purchaser must provide an
active email address & a day time telephone number
at which contact can be made if further assistance
is needed to expedite the processing of the order.
STANDARD WARRANTY
- Warranty is available only to the
original purchaser.
- Assembled computer systems are
backed by a two-year carry in parts and labor depot
warranty unless otherwise specified and agreed to by
the purchaser
- Notebook computers are sold with
a one year carry in parts and labor depot warranty.
- The warranty period begins from
the date the invoice was generated.
30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
- The system may be returned within
30 days for a refund (excluding any shipping
charges).
- The 30 day period begins the day
the merchandize is shipped and include Saturdays,
Sundays and holidays.
- Any system returned under the
money back provision must be returned 100% complete
in the original shipping package without physical
damage with all accessories, manuals, documents,
driver disk, recovery disk, any other disk or
diskette or documentation sold with the system and
in a resalable condition.
- Systems returned physically
damaged will be refused by PED or returned to the
shipper freight collect.
- Systems returned incomplete under
this provision will be returned to the customer
freight collect or at PED's discretion a fee will be
deducted from the amount to be refunded for the
missing item(s).
- No refund on software if not
returned in the original unopened condition.
WARRANTY VOID IF
- The bar code / tamper sticker is
removed partially or completely, removed and
replaced or repositioned, torn or mutilated or
tampered with in any way.
- The system returned is abused,
mishandled, modified, or altered in anyway.
- The original system specification
and configuration is altered in any way without
written approval from PED.
- System returned is physically
damaged.
- The system returned is
insufficiently or improperly packaged
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- We offer technical support over
the phone from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST Monday to Friday
except on holidays. Our skilled and knowledgeable
technicians may be reached at (704) 815 1499.
RETURN MERCHANDIZE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
- RMA number will not be issued
without PED Technical Department recommendation
- RMA number is issued after our
technician(s) have determined that it is necessary
to return the system for repairs.
- Please call 1-866-215-4004 to
speak with one of our technicians. You must provide
your invoice number, serial number of the system and
the date of purchase before technical support
commences.
- After diagnosis the RMA
Department will, if necessary, issue a RMA number
with the necessary instructions via email.
- System cannot be returned without
RMA number.
- RMA number is valid for 30 days
including the day of issue
- Customer is responsible for the
return shipping charges.
- If the defect is a consequence of
hardware failure PED will absorb the shipping charge
to return the merchandize to the customer.
- All repaired merchandise is
returned by FedEx ground.
- RMA turn around time is less than
seven business days; and usually ships in 3 days.
SOFTWARE CONFLICT
- To resolve issues arising from
software conflicts a technical fee of $65.00 per
hour will be charged to the relevant account before
the system is returned to the customer.
- If the problem is software
related the customer must pay two-way shipping to
and from PED in addition to the hourly fee.
DATA LOSS
- The customer is responsible for
backing up all data before the system is sent in for
repairs.
- PED will not be responsible or
liable for data loss due to repair or as a
consequence of any action on our part.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE
- We are not responsible or liable
for any damage to any software, equipment,
accessories, components, or any other device(s)
attached to or used in conjunction with any system
sold or replaced by us.
- PED, its affiliates or
subsidiaries or their respective directors,
employees, representatives or agents shall not be
liable for any damages be it special, incidental,
consequential, punitive, indirect or otherwise,
including but not limited to loss of data, use,
profits however caused whether through breach of
contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether PED
was advised of the likelihood of such damages or
not.
